Skills Needed For Safety & security
- Presentable personality and good communication skills.
- Accommodating attitude towards building tenants and visitors.
- Identify visitors and ask for appropriate documents. Stop suspicious people and ask for identification.
- Coordinating with building Maintenance Team.
- If any problem occurred, then be safe Every property, personnel, etc.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. Obtains help by sounding alarms
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
- Protect the property, secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

Minimum Requirements
- 28 to 35 years old
- Should be physically and mentally fit.
