having both pined for resources and inventive individuals that drive the accomplishment of the Company. We are on the cutting edge of innovation organization, operational efficiencies, and foundation advancement. Our 506,000 net sections of land in the Williston Basin are exceptionally focused and are forthcoming for the Bakken, Three Forks and other potential skylines. As we build up this land position that is in the core of the play, we hope to increment long haul investor esteem while keeping up a moderate accounting report. We have a long history of obtaining and abusing oil and gas resources; which has been portrayed by capital order combined with differential perspectives of the market. While we have an extraordinary reputation of quickly developing generation and stores, we don’t buy in to the possibility of development at any expense.
In February 2007, the organization was established by Thomas B. Nusz and Taylor L. Reid and was financed by EnCap Investments.
In June 2007, the organization obtained 175,000 net sections of land and 1 thousand barrels of oil comparable (6,100 GJ) every day of creation in Williston, North Dakota for $83 million.
In 2008-2009, the organization obtained an extra 131,000 net sections of land and 1.1 thousand barrels of oil comparable (6,700 GJ) every day of creation close-by for $54 million.
In 2010, the organization turned into an open organization by means of a first sale of stock which raised over $400 million.
In 2011, a representative on one of the organization’s oilfields passed on due to an accident.
In 2013, the organization gained 161,000 net sections of land in the Williston Basin for $1.5 billion.
In 2016, the organization gained 55,000 net sections of land and 226 gross worked boring areas in the Williston Basin from SM Energy for $785 million.
In 2017, the organization finished a first sale of stock of its midstream operations.
In 2017, the organization procured 20,300 net sections of land in the Delaware Basin for $946 million.
